Canadian Quaker Pamphlet Series
The Editorial Board of the Canadian Quaker Pamphlet Series is authorized by Publications and Communications Committee (P & C) to publish one pamphlet a year in addition to the Sunderland P. Gardner Lecture. Occasionally, there is funding for an additional pamphlet.
The Canadian Quaker Pamphlet Series is a place where writers express their concerns and insights on matters of interest to the Quaker community. Many different topics are explored, but they all embody a concern and enhance spiritual development.
For 2010-2013, the Editorial Board is under the care of Peterborough Allowed Meeting, which in turn is under the care of Wooler Monthly Meeting. The members of the Board are Ruth Hillman, Kenny Hone, Donna McDougall, Margaret Slavin, and Clerk: Mary Conchelos. We are open to receive proposals, ideas, outlines or abstracts for possible future pamphlets. Any topic is welcome, especially those that relate to Quaker life today, or offer inspiration. We also welcome accounts of personal experience or oral history that show spiritual growth and development.
For information or detail on the submission and decision process, write to Canadian Quaker Pamphlets Editorial Board, at 509 Gilmour Street, Peterborough ON K9H 2K1.... Or
