we approved the following... :

2. The creation of a password protected area in the CYM web site www.quaker.ca for
the purpose of holding and making available information/material
which is important to Friends, but is of such a private or personal
nature that we no not want to share it with the world at large, i.e
Agendas, Minutes, Reports and similar materials, of Committees
and Work groups and other Bodies forming CYM, which may contain
names, telephone numbers, email addresses and similar personal information.
This will generally assist our Privacy objectives for the CYM
web site which are ongoing. ... |
